- Dr. Yufei Tu is a board-certified ophthalmologist and glaucoma specialist dedicated to providing the highest standard of care for his patients. He completed his ophthalmology residency at Rutgers University, followed by two prestigious fellowships in ocular pathology and glaucoma at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary of Harvard Medical School.
Dr. Tu has extensive experience in managing both routine and complex eye conditions. He is a highly skilled surgeon, performing cataract surgery with advanced presbyopia-correcting lens implants and femtosecond laser technology. Fellow ophthalmologists frequently refer patients with challenging glaucoma cases to him for specialized care.
In treating glaucoma, Dr. Tu utilizes the most advanced therapies, including cutting-edge medications, state-of-the-art laser treatments, and both conventional and the latest breakthrough micro-invasive glaucoma surgeries (MIGS).
Beyond his clinical expertise, Dr. Tu is an accomplished researcher. He has published extensively on a wide range of ocular diseases and has designed and collaborated on numerous FDA-approved and NIH-sponsored clinical trials.
